Job Description
Actively codes and has strong expertise in native Android and iOS, with React Native experience being a plus.
Hands-on coding experience – Must be actively coding, not just managing teams.
Strong Native Development Expertise – Solid Experience In Both
Mobile architecture knowledge – Experience in modular design, state management (Redux/MobX), and bridging native modules in React Native.
CI/CD and DevOps awareness – Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and release pipelines for mobile apps.
Performance tuning and debugging – Ability to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI lag across platforms.
API & Backend familiarity – Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, NodeJS, Firebase, and backend services integration.
Agile mindset & problem-solving skills – Comfortable working in an Agile setup and able to identify ways to improve development efficiency.

- Android (Kotlin/Java) – Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack, and Play Store guidelines.
- iOS (Swift/Objective-C) – Deep understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, and App Store policies.
Mobile architecture knowledge – Experience in modular design, state management (Redux/MobX), and bridging native modules in React Native.
CI/CD and DevOps awareness – Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and release pipelines for mobile apps.

Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
- Experience with native modules or migrating apps from native to React Native.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and backend teams.
