CREDIT SPECIALIST (FIXED-TERM)

Role Overview

• Review blocked orders and determine if they meet credit policy criteria for release;
• Reconcile EWT deductions against customer payments and ensure proper clearing in SAP;
• Process and post credit memos for customer returns and adjustments;
• Handle clearing of Reconciliation Expense Form (REF) transactions and ensure accuracy of related CWTs; and
• Perform validation and reconciliation of Official receipts issued against customer payments.
