PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Global Treasury acts as the global value-adding service center for financial management and supports the global strategy of SAP by focusing on financial goals and by securing compliance with legal and other requirements
As part of the Global Treasury organization, the focus of Credit Services team is the combined goals of stewardship in mitigating financial loss to SAP resulting from the credit risk of its customer base, and trying to help SAP improve cashflow and maximize revenue by providing deal structuring support to our Sales team via extended payment terms through our banking partners. This allows us to safeguard SAP’s Accounts Receivables and improve the conversion of AR to cash.
The Credit Services/Treasury Operations main function is to review and process Financing transactions of recurring Cloud, Maintenance and Services transactions, as well as managing CRM opportunities to track all financing opportunities. The candidate must ensure accurate and timely CRM updates, bank assignments and ensure financing notifications are sent to internal F&A. The operations team is also responsible for the treasury functions of bank account management and supporting external KYC requests related to SAP’s bank accounts.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Review and manage recurring financing pipeline report to ensure transactions are timely assigned to banks
- Managing the Assignment and NoA process for recurring financing transactions
- Working with bank partners to obtain credit approvals
- Enter and maintain accurate CRM opportunities for recurring and GB financed transactions
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Credit Services team as well as Collections, O2I and R2R
- Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts and managing external KYC due diligence requests
- Relevant work experience in collections, credit, quote to cash, banking or accounting (minimum 2 years)
- Experience and strong knowledge on SAP Cloud contracts
- Knowledge of banking systems and experience with treasury operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business or related area, or combination of related work experience
- Ability to review Cloud contracts
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, and fluency in business English is required
- Experience with SAP systems (or other ERP, CRM and/or accounting systems)
- Understanding of SAP products is an asset
