Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inventory and Cost Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible and values teamwork

Responsibilities:

CRMU

  • Approve or endorse blocked sales orders daily according to established credit policies and approval limits
  • Monitor dealer/customer compliance with credit policies
  • Follow up on Accounts Receivable overdue by more than 30 days; coordinate with Sales for collection
  • Monitor the aging of Accounts Receivable, send collection letters, and recommend actions for long-standing accounts
  • Ensure penalties for late payments are billed and collected accordingly
  • Analyze the credit standings of dealers/customers
  • Analyze variances between actual and target DSOs and current AR percentages
  • Compute interest, penalties, and amortization for restructured accounts
  • Monitor collection progress for restructured accounts and provide regular updates
  • Reconcile accounts with complex discrepancies
  • Review Statements of Accounts

Inventory Manager-Inventory Control

  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the accounting inventory group
  • Improve internal controls on systems and procedures, initiate corrective action if deemed necessary, and provide recommendations
  • Establish and maintain records and files to document transactions for audit purposes
  • Provide timely reports and data to support management decision-making
  • Develop inventory analysis reports
  • Verify and monitor inventory movements to support variance analysis
  • Reconcile actual entries against the accounting system
  • Assist in improving internal controls
  • Provide effective solutions to internal customer concerns
  • Prepare monthly reports and schedules
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Lead and witness physical inventory counts in terminals, depots, warehouses, and company-owned stores
