Credit & Collection Supervisor

About the role

As the Credit & Collection Supervisor for Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes. This full-time position is based in Munoz Quezon City Metro Manila and is essential in ensuring the financial health and stability of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the credit application and approval process for new and existing customers
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to minimise bad debt
• Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk
• Analyse customer payment patterns and credit histories to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide credit information and support customer relationships
• Prepare and present detailed reports on accounts receivable, collections, and credit management
• Supervise and train the credit and collections team to ensure efficient and effective processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or a related finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve credit and collection issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department and company goals
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in credit and collections
