Credit Card Acquisition Head

The Credit Card Acquisition Head is responsible for the growth of Cards in Force (CIF) by identifying and managing sustainable ecosystem and external sales channels to support business growth.

What you will do:

• Taps various Maya Group ecosystem such as but not limited to MVP Group of Companies, Wallet Customers, Consumer and Business Accounts and Enterprise Group for conversion to Credit Cards’ CIF
• Manages telesales process to support the acquisition process ensuring there are enough leads and makes disposition to reduce headcount to manage the Bank’s operational costs.
• Work with Strategic Partnership/Marketing Teams to identify potential co-brand and affinity partnerships that can give the Credit Cards Business sustainable leads for credit card acquisition and develop seamless process to endorse those leads for credit card acquisition.
• Develop the traditional credit card Direct Sales Agencies as viable channel for credit card acquisition of Maya.
• Identifies and proposes events, groups where and organization tie ups where there is a high potential for the Business to acquire credit cardholders.
• Identifies opportunities to automate acquisition processes to increase efficiency and enhance card application journey.

What you need to succeed:

• Graduate of a Business Course
• With at least 5 years of experience heading credit card sales/acquisition
• Solid track record in achievement of Purchase Volume through invites to different programs: Balance Transfer, Cash to Installment, Retail Conversion (when available)
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targetts
• Able to navigate a dynamic environment
• Excited to solve challenges and build things from ground up
