CREDIT ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Verifies the documents provided by the applicants
2. Performs field investigation to gather information
3. Performs various estimation such as business revenue, expenses and other items
4. Assesses the applicant’s credit worthiness and endorses to the Credit Officer the approval or rejection of the applications
5. Checks the encoded data, minimum documentation and forms related to the loan applications
6. Prepares the loan release documents
7. Ensures attainment of the target turnaround time from submission of complete applications to credit decision
8. Provides inputs for the improvement of existing policies and procedures of the lending operation
9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the supervising Credit Officer of the Loans and Credit Services Group
10. Ensure compliance with the existing guidelines and policies issued by Credit Policy Group
11. Perform other duties from time to time.
