About This Job

Support Credit & Portfolio Management by working with commercial borrowers and portfolio management team regarding the monitoring of loans.

• Assist in the development of several monitoring policies and aid in the implementation of monitoring systems to manage credit risk effectively and efficiently
• Analyst must understand the credit culture and risk tolerance as outlined by senior management and the Board and help mitigate potential threats against the safety and soundness of the loan portfolio.
• Day-to-day duties will involve the monitoring of individual credits by way of covenant tracking, borrower inquires, maintaining relationships with outside servicers and facilitating the gathering of essential portfolio data.
