Creator Operations Project Intern (Philippines E-commerce) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of E-commerce native Creator Education video content, including but not limited to: scriptwriting, short video creation, and community-driven content tailored for Ecommerce platform creators;
• Support the development and rollout of educational content series across digital channels, including the Ecommerce platform, Creator Studio, and internal comms platforms;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the seller, merchant, and creator management teams to identify key content needs and translate them into engaging and informative short-form videos;
• Help track performance of educational content using platform analytics, assist in gathering feedback from creators, and recommend content optimizations based on insights;
• Monitor the company Ecommerce platform trends, creator FAQs, and community feedback to proactively suggest relevant and timely content ideas for the upcoming content cycles.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled University student with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or any related field;
• Strong understanding of social media and content creation, especially the company's Ecommerce platform formats, tone, and trends;
• Organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership;
• Strong familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Figma, and other editing tools.
• Knowledgeable about OBS for livestreams and basic broadcasting setups.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the company's Ecommerce platform content creation or short video editing is a strong plus;
• Interest in e-commerce, influencer/creator ecosystems, and digital marketing;
• Strong communication and project coordination skills, able to work across teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Previous internship or organization work related to content, media, or community building is an advantage.
