- Write compelling copy for various channels, including websites, email campaigns, recruitment ads, newsletters, and social media.
- Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences from prospective job applicants to community partners.
- Develop SEO-friendly content that enhances visibility and drives engagement.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to create cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports organizational goals.
- Proven copywriting experience in marketing, either in corporate, agency, or mission-driven organizations.
- Exceptional command of U.S. English writing, grammar, and editing.
- Ability to shift tone and messaging for varied audiences and platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices for web content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience in hybrid or shared-services settings is a plus.
