We’re hiring a Creative VA Learning & Development Manager to build, lead, and continuously improve how our virtual assistants are trained for creative and marketing work.

This role is perfect for someone who loves teaching, mentoring, and creating practical training systems that actually prepare VAs for real client expectations—not just theory.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and oversee end-to-end training for VAs supporting creative and marketing teams.
  • Build structured onboarding programs that set new VAs up for success from day one.
  • Deliver live virtual training sessions, workshops, and hands-on practice labs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching through one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Evaluate VA readiness, skill progression, and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify skill gaps and design upskilling paths to close them.
  • Create and maintain clear training documentation, SOPs, and learning resources.
  • Partner with internal team leads to ensure training aligns with client needs and quality standards.

Who This Role Is For

  • Someone with experience running or facilitating training programs in a remote setup.
  • A former or current Virtual Assistant with exposure to creative, marketing, or eCommerce support.
  • Hands-on experience in areas like social media management, email marketing, or basic design work.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Buffer, or Adobe tools.
  • Clear communicator who can explain concepts simply and confidently.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a natural ability to lead and mentor.
  • Experienced in remote collaboration using Slack and Google Workspace.

Work Arrangement

  • 100% remote, long-term role.
  • Stable internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps with LAN).
