We are seeking an exceptional Creative Skills Coach—a hybrid of an instructional designer, digital media expert, and high-performance mentor—to own, architect, and deliver the training programs that turn our Virtual Assistants (VAs) into the elite creative force in modern digital content.
This is a high-impact, full-ownership role requiring a rare blend of:
- Deep Creative Media Expertise: Mastery in short-form video (TikTok/Reels), motion graphics, and conversion-focused design principles.
- World-Class Instructional Design: Proven ability to create engaging, scalable, and measurable learning experiences for a remote, global audience.
Your Core Mission: Architecting Creative Mastery
You will be the visionary behind the entire content curriculum, responsible for the strategy, development, and facilitation of all media skills training.
- Curriculum Strategy & Design Ownership
- Next-Generation Training Modules: Conceptualize, design, and rapidly deploy dynamic, project-based training modules, video tutorials, and immersive learning simulations focused on high-demand, results-driven e-commerce skills (e.g., TikTok/Reels best practices, A/B testing visuals, strategic content repurposing).
- Tool Stack Certification: Develop and manage a robust certification pathway and competency exams for mission-critical creative software (e.g., Canva Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite).
- Agile Trend Integration: Establish a system for continuously auditing and updating the curriculum to reflect real-time changes in platform algorithms, emerging content formats, and the latest conversion science.
- Expert Coaching & Performance Elevation
- High-Fidelity Virtual Workshops: Facilitate engaging, hands-on, live-fire training sessions focused on technical excellence, production quality, brand consistency, and immediate conversion-focused design principles.
- Data-Driven Critique: Conduct targeted 1:1 and group critique sessions, diagnosing creative weaknesses using performance data and providing precise, actionable feedback for immediate practical improvement in visual storytelling and media performance.
- Establish the Benchmark: Partner with Operations to define and relentlessly enforce the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, from initial concept to final, client-ready asset.
We need a proven expert who can translate cutting-edge content strategy into clear, scalable, and reproducible learning paths.
- Instructional Design/L&D Experience: 2+ years of formal experience in Instructional Design, corporate L&D, or talent development, with a specific portfolio focus on digital media, content creation, or visual design.
- Content Creation Mastery: Exceptional, demonstrated expertise in creating, editing, and managing high-quality, conversion-focused short-form video and static graphics for major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Technical Fluency: A deep, working knowledge of the modern creative tech stack (Canva, CapCut/Premier Pro equivalent, Asana/Trello, etc.) and a capacity to simplify complex workflows for remote talent.
- E-commerce & Metrics Focus: Clear understanding of how creative execution drives key e-commerce metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS). Experience designing content specifically for paid social advertising is highly valued.
- Master Communicator & Feedback Giver: Superior virtual presence, with an ability to deliver constructive critique, mentor creative professionals, and translate advanced aesthetic/technical concepts into clear, actionable learning outcomes.
