- Lead the end-to-end execution and implementation of campaigns and projects awarded to Blue Spark
- Manage the process along the way and ensure that the work is excellent, delivered on time, and within the budget
- Create Creative Checklists and work closely with Accounts and Production to ensure all creative requirements for a project are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned to the approved concept
- Oversee external project-based talents as needed
- Report directly to the Sr. Creative Producer
- Be a model yourself of our three core values - Excellence, Integrity, and Malasakit
- 2-4 years experience as a Copywriter for Events and/or Digital Agencies
- At least 3 years of working in the events industry
- An excellent wordsmith with a good attitude
- Has done pitch decks in the past
- Good communication and client-management skills
- Experience as a community and social media manager a plus
