Creative Performance Video Editor (US Health & Wellness E-commerce, WFH)

Salary: Php50,000 - Php70,000 package

Work Hours: 9pm-6am PH Time, Monday - Friday

What we are looking for?

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong experience editing short-form video for social media and digital advertising
• Proven understanding of performance-based creative, especially for paid ads
• Hands-on experience with split testing and knowledge of high-impact creative variables
• Ability to work independently, manage volume, and meet tight daily deadlines
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Background in direct-response marketing or UGC-style ads
• Experience scaling creatives across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads
  
  

What you will be doing:

• Edit and produce high-volume short-form video content (approx. 95% short-form, 5% long-form) for ads and organic channels
• Deliver daily output of:
• 5 organic posts per day
• 15 ad creatives per day, including split-test variations
• Apply a deep understanding of performance-driven creative, optimizing for hooks, pacing, captions, formats, and retention
• Master and maintain consistency across 10+ established video formats and editing styles
• Accurately use existing video assets, b-roll, and creative libraries to bring concepts to life
• Replicate provided references or inspirations while maintaining brand voice and quality
• Autonomously generate, remix, and remake videos based on previously successful ad and organic concepts
• Stay up to date with viral trends, sounds, music, and platform-specific styles, applying them in a culturally relevant way
• Organize and maintain a clean, structured asset and creative library
• Collaborate closely with the team to continuously test, refine, and scale winning creatives
