Creative Marketing Specialist (Senior Graphic Artist)

The Senior Creative Marketing will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the brand’s image and effectively communicate its message across various digital and print platforms. This role demands a high level of creativity, advanced technical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of graphic designers. The Senior Creative Marketing will collaborate closely with the marketing, regional marketing team and other commercial and operation units to develop innovative and cohesive visual solutions to drive Ninja Van’s brand presence, fostering customer engagement, and supporting the company’s growth and success.

Main Duties

1. Ideate, design, create various materials for print and digital platforms (not limited to social media, SNS, website, mailers)
2. Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
3. Closely work with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
4. Generate clear ideas and concepts with the marketing team
5. Produce sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas
6. Ensure the branding guidelines are followed and applied correctly across types of media
7. Ensure creative output are completed with high quality and are on schedule
8. Identify trends and insights, keep up-to-date on new creative marketing trends

Minimal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Information Design, Communications, or related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, concept development
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other visual design tools
• Demonstrable graphic and multimedia design skills with a strong portfolio
• Creative thinker and has an eye for details
• Incorporates feedback and takes/gives direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
