Position: Creative Marketing Manager (Managerial)

Location: Global One, Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City

Your Role

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and lead a scalable high performing digital and creative team
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, supporting the execution of creative

strategies

  • Implement and champion disciplined marketing processes and measurement

practices to continuously enhance our ROI and strategic direction.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Oversee marketing collateral for multiple brands including but not limited to Pie Face, Quickstop, Mrs mac, United and Balfours
  • Design, implement, and optimize a multi-channel digital strategy through analysis of customer insights, industry & market trends, and marketing best practice
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand experience is executed and measured

across online and direct sales to drive customer experience and sales growth

  • Oversee our content calendar including blogs, EDMs, social media, events, and webinars, ensuring cohesive execution across our broader team.
  • Work with stakeholders to unlock additional marketing opportunities across brand, local, store & retail
  • Lead a team across graphic design, digital, social media, copy writers, marketing admins, and creatives to execute comprehensive marketing initiatives
  • Analyse and report all marketing activities
  • Oversee creative production aligned to brand guidelines and objectives across all mediums, eDMs, video, blog, social, web and search.
  • Create brand communications, campaigns, promotions, and product launches

across online and retail channels

  • Establish positioning and identify target audiences across channels and segments
  • Develop and present creative initiatives and strategies to senior management,

communicating concepts and tactical plans, to increase brand awareness and

sales

  • Ensure consistent and effective brand experience is executed and measured

across online and direct sales to drive customer experience and sales growth

  • Tailor communications, offers and experiences based on customer data and

behaviours

Deliverables

  • Customer First Approach: Placing the needs, preferences, and experiences of your customers at the core of every marketing decision
  • Creative Excellence: Ongoing enhancement of brand aesthetics, voice, and

messaging across every product, asset, and channel—building a unified, customer- driven brand experience

  • Data Led Decisions: Communicate performance metrics, insights, and actionable insights based on performance metrics, trends, ROI or brand data

What You Need

Skills & Experience Preferred:

  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in a multi-unit retail or consumer led business
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/digital or related degree
  • Proven experience of leading a diverse marketing team of 10+ team members within a transformational role
  • Creative; ability to identify business opportunities and bring creativity to commercial discussions, ability to brief designers well, providing guidance, clear deliverables and timeframes
  • Agile; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly to consumer and competitor demands
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, paid social and other digital media to drive performance
  • Proven experience developing customer led marketing plans and campaigns
  • Commercially astute and metrics-driven marketer
  • Demonstrable history of meeting/exceeding marketing goals
  • Project Management; Staying ahead of the requirements and deliverables while leading a team to stay on track
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
