About the role
The Creative Lead is in-charge of defining and establishing the creative direction of each MCA product based from the main GoTyme MCA Asia brand guidelines, then cascade and execute it during product build. The role is also expected to lead a team of associates and specialists for day-to-day work in the future.
- Work with full MCA team and global counterparts in the product build + scale.
- Ensure on-time and in-full delivery of MCA creative requests.
- Contribute to maintain and improving the brand guidelines of GoTyme MCA Asia and its partners
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years' experience in the creative industry, specializing in motion design or video production, or any similar roles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide creative teams.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated expertise in creative management and end-to-end execution of campaigns and projects.
- Proficiency in creative software and applications, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Solid understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and design principles, with an eye for detail and innovation.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing branding, design, and motion work (school projects, internships, or freelance work welcome).
