A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Creative Designer, you will design visually compelling and conversion-driven content that supports our marketing initiatives and strengthens our brand presence across all platforms. This role blends creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic marketing insight.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Create impactful visuals, animations, and videos for campaigns and social media
• Collaborate with marketing to align design with strategy and branding
• Design promotional content for website and sales funnels
• Develop UI/UX designs for web applications to improve conversion and retention
• Produce on-brand documents, presentations, and images
• Stay updated on design and marketing trends to keep creatives competitive
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in multimedia design with a focus on marketing visuals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe XD
• Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design tools
• Strong video editing, graphic motion, and animation skills
• Marketing knowledge of social media, Google, email, and affiliate platforms
• Data-informed creativity and strong storytelling skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in e-commerce, telecommunications, or digital-first brands
• Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, Vue.JS, Nuxt3) is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and SEO principles
• Exposure to ad copywriting, blogs, and email content creation
