Requirements
Proven experience operating various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, overhead, and crawler cranes.
Valid crane operator certification or license.
Strong knowledge of crane operation safety standards and regulations.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials safely and efficiently.
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on cranes and equipment.
Assess load weights and dimensions to determine appropriate rigging methods.
Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices.
Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and guidelines during all lifting operations.
Collaborate with construction supervisors, engineers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
