Responsibilities:
- Establish the vision and service delivery strategy, aligning with EXL objectives and areas of interests
- Provide directional leadership to the service delivery team, and leverages on expertise within the broader organization, to achieve exceptional outcome, thereby exceeding key performance indicators
- Proactively solicits inputs and responds to feedback from client
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and gains their trust and respect
- Builds and Manages High Performing Teams
- Establish actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress
- Advances the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e. hiring, rotation and promotion
- Provides point-in-time coaching to elevate performance
- Ensures continuity of vendor partners’ operation by building trust and confidence, including process repeatability to ensure financial health.
- Brings to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account to the firm
- Achieve Service Level Agreement Targets
- >15 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience
- MBA or similar post-graduate studies is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
