About the role
Become part of the customer service team at Stark Asia Solutions Inc. in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account), you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients. What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding policies, procedures, and services
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns by using problem-solving skills and following established protocols
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Fluency in English and the local language (Cebuano or Tagalog)
