Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Preferably from one of these Accounting Firms: (SGV, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte Philippines)
- At least 5 years related work experience preferably in real estate company, 2 years of which in a Supervisory position
- Must have the ability to handle large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
- With sound and independent judgment
- Must be keen to details and flexible/adaptable
- Must have good oral and written communication skills, and has leaderships potentials
- Must have advanced computer skills and be experienced in using Microsoft Word and Excel
