Job Description
- Conduct all payment group tasks in compliance with PPD Policies, Departmental Procedures and WPD documents and in compliance with the following Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Execute and complete all regular payment runs within agreed timeline with no or minimum errors.
- Execute and complete all urgent payment request within agreed SLA
- Void all rejected payments by the bank and requests for uncashed checks, following all internal controls and procedures
- All received refunds to be reconciled in accordance with agreed timeline
- Direct Debit reconciliation
- Comply with PPD P2P Payment working procedure document
- Oversee/Drive compliance to policy/SOP’s and retain auditable documents as required
- Compete all CB and AR activities, as per agreed SLA and procedure
