Role: Corporate Ticketing Executive

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Ortigas

Schedule: Morning shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to corporate travel enquires and request through phone calls & emails from corporate clients
  • To provide information on travel visa requirements & insurance
  • Liaise with the airlines & overseas JTB offices for the operational works
  • Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing.
  • To maintain & update the corporate clients profile in the system
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in handling corporate clients
  • Familiar with GDS, preferably Sabre system
  • Excellent communication & written skills in English
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on after office hour if necessary
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure

Other Information

  • Work location: WFO Ortigas
  • Working hours: Singapore time 8:45am to 5:45pm.
  • Sat, Sun and Singapore public holidays are off duty.

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
