Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of industry benchmarks (global and PH aviation industry key metrics, ESG/ sustainability performance)
• Communicate with key internal stakeholders to collect required monthly data (key business metrics, environmental and social data points) and confirm discrepancies
• Routinely perform data quality assurance and examine data reports, analyze metrics, and identify erroneous data and trends for department initiative.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret data results or data trends using statistical techniques
• Support Sustainability office in the creation of an automated data collection platform for sustainability data points
• Formulate / enhance monitoring tools and templates for use in data collection for department data points
• Provide on-going reports and maintain report databases and dashboards to monitor metrics, KPI’s, and performance for regular internal and external reporting
• Create summary documentation following sustainability data collection for communication in business case analyses, management updates, and sustainability reports
  
  

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Industrial Engineer, or equivalent
• Candidate must be analytical and able to draw meaningful conclusions from data analysis.
• Preferably proficient in the use of statistical tools and analysis, computer literate, business sense, and mathematically proficient
• Preferably with experience using visualization tools (Tableau and PowerBi)
