Corporate Sourcing Supervisor - Davao

Oversees implementation of sourcing activities/initiatives and prepares detailed post-activity reports.

• Oversees the supervision of sourcing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions
• Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for key positions
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors
• Ensures that there are enough candidate sources to meet the needs of all assigned business units
• Works closely with Recruitment Manager to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, ensure that job descriptions are updated and obtain job behavioral profiles
• Develops recommendations and present findings to department management; participating in special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Must have completed at least 2 years in college / Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 1 years recruiting experience in a BPO set-up, Recruitment firm, Sourcing or Outbound Team Lead
• With experience/ background in Marketing or Recruitment branding would be an advantage
• Must have at least 1 year Supervisory experience
• Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes
