JOB ASSIGNMENT: M.C Briones St., Highway, Ibabao, Mandaue City
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk operations. Key duties include directing clients or guests to the appropriate departments, managing appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential, as the receptionist represents the company's image and provides administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Office Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with office equipment (phones, copiers, printers)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and staff in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time-management abilities.
- Capability to handle unexpected situations and troubleshoot basic office issues.
- A polished and professional demeanor is required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
