Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Planning Function:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and strategic goals.
- Conduct business analysis and forecasting by evaluating market trends, competitors, and financial data.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress toward strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting strategic goals and develop management strategies.
- Coordinate strategy communication across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on high-level tasks with key partners and projects.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing concerns and ensuring needs are met.
- Regularly engage with partners to understand their goals and enhance collaboration.
Business Development Strategies:
- Work with leadership to create and implement strategies for partnership growth and business development.
- Align partnership strategies with overall business goals and market positioning.
- Maintain accurate sales projections and business forecasts based on market analysis and historical data.
- Utilize projections to inform decisions and set realistic targets for partnerships and business initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance against projections, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to ensure business targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present weekly reports on sales activities, partnership performance, and business development efforts.
- Conduct funnel reviews to assess sales pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.
Market Trend Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Use insights to inform partnership strategies and business initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify threats or opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide recommendations to the leadership team on staying ahead of competition.
Partnership Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with strategic goals and business models.
- Assess existing partnerships for optimization and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and agreements that enhance partnership value for both parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate planning/EA, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and forecasting.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
