We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Corporate Planning Admin Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Corporate Planning Manager and the Business Development and Data Analytics teams.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our corporate planning efforts, handling everything from managing schedules and organizing meetings to coordinating data and reports for key initiatives. You'll ensure seamless communication within the department and across teams, playing a vital role in project coordination and process improvement.
If you have administrative experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or a related field), and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, we want to hear from you! Familiarity with project management software and data analytics tools is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
