This role is key in conducting financial analysis and modeling for expansion projects, recommending investment recovery schemes, and preparing financial models for lenders, credit agencies, and regulators. You will also support top management and stakeholders by providing accurate, complete, and timely financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze financial models for toll road expansion projects
- Prepare and recommend investment recovery schemes
- Assist in financial reporting and compliance for lenders, credit agencies, and regulators
- Support management and stakeholders with relevant financial insights and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, financial modeling, or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and loan compliance
- CPA certification is a plus!
