- A bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in marketing, design, or a related discipline.
- 5-10+ years of experience in a design, creative, or similar environment, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing creative teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; experience with Workfront is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of print, digital, event, and other design workflows, along with a commitment to staying informed on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong command of the English language.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, driving the development of a high-performing team.
- A strategic perspective, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges that impact team performance.
- A demonstrated ability to build and lead successful design teams, fostering a culture that values diverse perspectives, accountability, and constructive feedback.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities, navigate complex dynamics, and turn engagements into opportunities for growth and learning for team members.
