PURPOSE

Overall in charge of TGI’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio. Corporate Admin Head is in charge in sustaining and maintaining the long-term value of real estate assets which includes maintenance, upkeep and development of all assets. Corporate Administration is also responsible in ensuring safety and security of all offices and/or facilities of TGI.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Implements plans and programs to help attain profitability by lowering the operating cost of the properties in terms of utilities through well-planned energy management and maintenance outsourcing/strategic partnership, ensure dependability of building equipment by helping the service providers achieve the agreed service level agreements and increase the efficiency with the overall objective of further enhancing its property values.
  • Prepares and collaborates in creating development plans to achieve long term office sustainability to increase the level of satisfaction of clients (internal and external), increase employee performance, sales and/or occupancy rate (HoM).
  • Manages all outsourced service providers primarily involved in the administrative function, security function, helpdesk/front desk function, housekeeping function, administration, mailroom, and technical/maintenance function. This includes inspection and ensuring quality management of service delivery.
  • Manages the maintenance and upkeep of fleet vehicles.
  • Proactively provides customer services to all internal clients (programs) and maintains healthy relations with key persons.
  • Participates in the Business Continuity Plan and actively provides inputs on facilities perspective.
  • Actively seeks to train subordinates in all aspects of the non – technical services.
  • Is authorized to approve and is accountable for actions relative to the group's operations and functions including but not limited to hiring, disciplining, assigning work, and signing of official documents.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Licensed/Registered Engineer (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
  • Master’s in Business Administration is a plus but not a requirement

Minimum Experience/Training

  • 15 years’ experience in high rise commercial, residential or mixed used development in property or facilities management, 8 years of which are in managerial capacity
  • With exposure in facilities management, property management, property development

Competency

  • Well versed with basic office software and tools
  • With experience in handling CAD files/design
  • With exposure in handling various government agency (i.e. fire, police, PEZA, DENR and other LGU’s)

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Will be required to travel to office sites
