Job Description
Operation and maintenance of Core Network equipment and support facilities in Ultra A site.
- Monitor performance of network elements within the site
- Perform network health check and system and CDR backup.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of network elements
- Support project implementation within the site
- Oversees site operational concerns, site improvement, and implement CNFM gating process
- Monitors and collaborates with support units (Contractor Management and Technical Support)
- On Call Support for Reactive Site Troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, IT or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in performance monitoring of site network and site operations
- Knowledge on platforms such as Python, Appsheet, C++, is an advantage
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Amenable to with on-call support
- Good analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset
