Job Description

Operation and maintenance of Core Network equipment and support facilities in Ultra A site.

• Monitor performance of network elements within the site
• Perform network health check and system and CDR backup.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of network elements
• Support project implementation within the site
• Oversees site operational concerns, site improvement, and implement CNFM gating process
• Monitors and collaborates with support units (Contractor Management and Technical Support)
• On Call Support for Reactive Site Troubleshooting
  
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, IT or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in performance monitoring of site network and site operations
• Knowledge on platforms such as Python, Appsheet, C++, is an advantage
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Amenable to with on-call support
• Good analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset
