JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:
As a function within the Global Revenue Marketing Organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Global Demand Programs, the Core Campaign Support role is responsible for providing campaign support for effective execution of the campaign plan in a given region. This work is an important factor for the smooth operation of the Demand Marketing department and the attainment of its goals.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create campaign playbook (timeline, responsible individuals, compilation of campaign assets).
- Request translations review for campaign assets (phone scripts, emails for nurture and activation campaigns, campaign ads, campaign playbook) and monitor their progress to completion.
- Webinar admin support, loading SalesLoft cadences for pre and post webinar activities, pulling reports for both campaigns and webinars, data processing, match webinar registration to existing accounts within CRM.
- Submit POs, invoice processing for payment, general budget support, provide support on vendor related information to MDM and vendor relations.
- Help the campaign managers' team to project manage the creation of campaigns through dedicated tools.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office. Preferably with knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Workfront and SalesLoft.
- Good command of the English language in written and oral communications.
- Need to be able to work as part of a team effectively.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Has attention to details.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS, BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a business environment.
