Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, English or Literature, Marketing, Business, Creative Writing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating content for both print and digital media platforms
- Proven track record of success in crafting compelling copy for advertising or marketing campaigns
- Strong expertise in writing for social media, including effective use of hashtags and relevant abbreviations
- Proficient in standard office software and CMS platforms such as WordPress and Sulu
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility in writing styles, including B2B, B2C, technical, and conversational tones
- Creative, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proven experience writing persuasive, conversion-focused content for digital ads (e.g., Meta, Google, display), landing pages, and email campaigns
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing strategists, designers, and product teams in developing content strategies that meet campaign goals
- Ability to translate marketing insights, product benefits, and customer pain points into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy, clarity, brand voice consistency, and grammatical correctness
- Adaptability to refine copy based on stakeholder feedback, performance data, and test results
- Meticulous attention to detail for final quality assurance of published content
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices to optimize landing pages for search engines while maintaining readability and conversion potential
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends in ad copywriting, landing page psychology, and consumer behavior
- Effective communication skills for participating in team meetings, creative reviews, and client presentations
- Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign coherence and impact
