The Copywriter (B2B & B2C) will be responsible for creating high-quality, persuasive copy for both business and consumer audiences. This role will involve writing content across various digital and print channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, case studies, product descriptions, and more. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt tone and messaging to suit different target audiences while ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of B2B and B2C marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, product descriptions, and case studies.
- Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s tone and brand voice, whether it's for a business audience (B2B) or a consumer audience (B2C). Tailor messaging for each segment while maintaining coherence across all channels.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences. Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, and sales teams to create effective campaigns.
- SEO Writing: Write SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines, including keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Content Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency. Ensure that all copy is error-free and aligns with the company’s editorial guidelines.
- Customer & Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer personas to inform content development. Understand both B2B and B2C target audiences to ensure messaging resonates.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in creating compelling copy for email marketing, paid ads, and social media campaigns, including crafting subject lines, ad copy, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Adaptation & Flexibility: Adjust writing style and tone based on the format (e.g., product-focused copy, thought leadership articles, customer success stories, etc.) and intended audience (B2B or B2C).
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in both B2B and B2C content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to write for different tones, styles, and audiences.
- Proven ability to create compelling content that drives action (e.g., increased sales, lead generation, brand awareness).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research to drive organic traffic.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce error-free content while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in writing for industries such as SaaS, fintech, and healthcare
- Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven optimization for content performance.
- Experience in writing for both digital and print media.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook.
