Position Overview: The Copywriter collaborates with other teams to conceptualize and generate written content for digital channels and other means of advertisement while keeping up with market trends. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about writing, enjoys tackling a wide range of mediums, and is eager to learn and try new things.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PHT; Office-based Setup, Fixed Schedule, Sunday and Monday Off

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Collaboration:

  • Write engaging blog posts, emails, flyers, landing pages, headlines, taglines, and other content
  • Work directly with the Content Marketing Lead and Content Marketing Editor
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure brand and product accuracy

Brand-Focused Content Strategy:

  • Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
  • Ensure written content, including blog posts, emails, flyers, landing pages, headlines, taglines, adheres to each brand’s guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone across different platforms and channels
  • Stay up-to-date on each brand’s new services, products, and features
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, competitors, and related topics

Strategic Content Optimization and Integration:

  • Collaborate directly with the Content Marketing Lead, Content Marketing Editor, and subject matter experts to ensure brand and product accuracy
  • Employ SEO best practices and conduct keyword research on new and existing content
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for brainstorming, idea development, and task completion, enhancing productivity and enabling innovative approaches to content creation
  • Utilize design tools such as Canva to source and create visually engaging and relevant images, enhancing the quality and appeal of blog posts
  • Proficiently navigate content management systems like Duda and HubSpot to draft, edit, and publish high-quality blog content, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely delivery to the target audience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant writing experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace and ClickUp (or other project management platforms) preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of content creation and engagement tactics
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Willing to work shifting schedules
  • Willing to work during holidays and weekends
  • Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 20,000-25,000
  • New hire bonus of 5,000
  • Monthly Pro-Rated Risk Allowance of 2,000
