As a Coordinator - Accounts Receivables at B. Braun you will play a vital role in managing the company's account receivable processes. This focuses on ensuring timeline and accurate invoicing, customer payments monitoring, and accounts reconciliation.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Billing statement issuance, accounts analysis, credit check, collection and monitoring of assigned accounts.
  • Checking and actual resolution of AR disputes, reconciliation (i.e., price; documentation; checking of request for completion, etc).
  • Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts.
  • Record, file and monitor official receipts, including issuances for collection of assigned bank, preparation of daily deposits of checking (if Deutsche Bank).
  • Posting of collection in SAP if needed and follow up on unissued BIR Form 2307.
  • Request schedule of collection to Third-party collectors and send customers copies of Oofficial receipts through courier for issued PDCs and Direct Bank deposit.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • Min 1 year of more relevant experience in credit and collection, or related fields.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively, possess active listening skills and enthusiasm.
