Conversion Staff for Pampanga (Contractual)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In-charge of processing the issuance of individual titles of the project;
• Facilitates the transfer of titles and Tax Declaration of HDMF and In-house accounts;
• Responsible for the preparation and review of buyers’ housing loan documents for BIR and Register of Deeds transactions;
• Responsible for the request of owner’s copy of individual Transfer Certificate of Title, and Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration and Transfer Certificate of Title;
• Encodes payments request based on processed accounts for BIR, City Treasurer’s Office, and Register of Deeds payments;
• Prepares liquidation for transaction, encodes Transfer Certificate of Title in/out transactions, and Tax Declaration in/out transactions for current accounts;
• Compiles all the necessary documents for BIR, City Treasurer’s Office, Register of Deeds filing and payments.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree;
• Knowledgeable in BIR and Register of Deeds processes;
• Must be computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible and Can Multi-task
• With Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Knowledgeable in BIR online filing and payment of taxes
• Able to relate and deal effectively in Government agencies
• Willing to accept contractual employment
