In this role, your mission is to ensure the precise management, negotiation, and execution of all agreements, safeguarding GoTeam’s interests and fostering strong client relationships. You will make a direct impact by:

• Drafting, revising, and reviewing a variety of contracts for compliance and accuracy
• Managing the entire contract lifecycle, including close-out, extension, and renewal
• Acting as a liaison between GoTeam and clients to expedite contract reviews and approvals

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry
• You have at least 4 years of experience in contract management or handling Notice to Explain (NTE) processes

Technical Skills

• You are proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• You are interested in developing and implementing AI solutions for process optimization

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or a related field

Non-Negotiables

• Strong understanding of legal requirements and standard contract provisions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
