Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate/Analyst to join our dynamic operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background and a keen interest in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing administrative tasks, supporting customer engagement, and contributing to process improvements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—especially those with degrees in Business Administration or Business Management!

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute assigned tasks across multiple systems.
• Engage with internal and external customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues while keeping supervisors informed.

Required Skills And Competencies

• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to adapt to organizational changes and work in rotational shifts.
• Quick learner with high energy and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Non-technical disciplines).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in the insurance domain.
