Contract Analyst – Global Business Services

Our Global Business Services team is looking for a Contract Analyst to strengthen our contract management processes and ensure operational excellence across our global business.
The Role
As a Contract Analyst, you’ll be part of the Contract Management Team (CMT) under Global Business Services (GBS) — a center of excellence that supports Tribal’s commercial and legal operations worldwide. You’ll manage end-to-end contract workflows through our Contract Management System (CMS), ensuring all agreements and related documents are processed accurately, approved on time, and stored securely.
You’ll work closely with sales, legal, and leadership teams to keep contract data reliable and up to date, supporting decision-making and compliance.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and processing contract requests from the global sales team through the CMS
- Monitoring contract workflows to ensure timely reviews and approvals
- Uploading and maintaining contract data including key dates, terms, and special conditions
- Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues or delays in the review process
- Ensuring signed agreements are promptly uploaded and properly indexed in the CMS repository
- Supporting renewals, amendments, and expirations of existing contracts
- Assisting in the development of training materials and FAQs for CMS users
- Participating in projects aimed at improving contract management efficiency and data integrity
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in a contracting or contract administration environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across regions
- Solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft 365, Excel, and SharePoint
Bonus if you have:
- Background in legal, paralegal, or business affairs
- Familiarity with contract law and document lifecycle management
- Experience operating a contract management or database system
- Previous experience in a multinational or shared-services environment
