Job Description

  • Ensure quality processes are adhered to and that appropriate tools/systems and processes are being used to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify process and system gaps and recommend actions needed to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Competent in problem solving from analyzing key issues, providing sound resolution and ensuring preventive measures are set up.
  • Has stakeholder management skills to effectively identify, engage, and communicate with a variety of stakeholders including internal and external partners as well as regional product PICs
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills to create and deliver presentations to educate stakeholders of new product developments
  • Demonstrate great learning agility to quickly acquire new knowledge and abilities while adapting to changing environments for business needs

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or operations
  • Experience in partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work strategically, think structurally, and articulate concepts and business
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in culturally diverse teams
  • Experience in management consulting, FMCG, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Have strong Excel skills, knowledge about SQL is added value
  • Willing to work in multiple locations
