Vacancy Description

The Continuous Improvement (Intern) will play a crucial role in enhancing our end-to-end Supply Chain performance and implementing Continuous Improvement Programs. This role involves advising, guiding, coaching, and building the capability of employees using various CI tools to ensure they can independently improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate the planning, monitoring, and achievement of performance objectives.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) programs and coach the plant on CI methodologies.
• Measure and report on the results of improvement actions.
• Coordinate and participate in CI audit activities.
• Facilitate analysis of and action planning on performance deviations and improvement actions.
• Communicate and promote the management concept of Continuous Improvement (CI).
