Meet The Team

Join our vibrant team as a Process Improvement Specialist and be at the forefront of driving operational excellence within Dexcom. This role plays a crucial part in leading and supporting end-to-end process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance across our operations. With us, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and contribute to our mission of empowering people with diabetes to live life to the fullest.

Where You Come In

• As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing process and organizational improvement initiatives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
• Your role will involve providing consultation and support to Operation Leaders, guiding them in meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation processes..
• Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and development of new or improved processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Documenting process maps, overviews, and flows, and preparing supporting deliverables such as documents and presentations will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Furthermore, you'll play a key role in promoting process improvement initiatives within Dexcom through various communication channels and events.
  
  

What Makes You Successful

• Your solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, and experience with tools like COPC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
• It's a plus if you have previous experience in the medical device industry or a related field and had been trained as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
