This role plays a crucial part in leading and supporting end-to-end process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance across our operations. Where You Come In
- As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing process and organizational improvement initiatives.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Your role will involve providing consultation and support to Operation Leaders, guiding them in meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation processes..
- Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and development of new or improved processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Documenting process maps, overviews, and flows, and preparing supporting deliverables such as documents and presentations will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Furthermore, you'll play a key role in promoting process improvement initiatives within Dexcom through various communication channels and events.
- Your solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, and experience with tools like COPC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
- It's a plus if you have previous experience in the medical device industry or a related field and had been trained as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
