As a Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of overall quality framework and
strategies, and oversight of process improvement initiatives that will drive performance and continuous
improvement in the company and clients’ business processes. You are also expected to:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Implement the Afni Innovation Strategy throughout the organization
- Provide support to Operations by completing CI projects through methodologies of DMAIC (
process: Define the problem, improvement activity, opportunity for improvement, the project
goals, and and customer (internal and external) requirements. ), Lean, and or Design Thinking
- Complete CI projects that will provide benefits for Afni and stakeholders whether through soft
- Present and articulate Innovation projects to clients and work closely with our points of contact
- Contribute to the overall strategies of Afni towards efficiencies and reduce wastes on our
- Execute on Afni’s Lean and Six Sigma mentorship and certification program
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Green Belt Six Sigma Certification is required
- Have strong statistical, problem solving, and performance analysis skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, statistical, or other analytical Software with and strong
- Have experience quantifying objective performance through application of statistics and
- Have experience utilizing quality tools and systems to identify performance gaps, develop useful
preferred.
- Can demonstrate leadership experience and proactively resolve issues and develop employees.
