The purpose of this role is to lead the standardisation and enhancement of process improvement initiatives within global and divisional People delivery and project teams. By leveraging expertise in process management and analytical skills, the role aims to drive measurable enhancements in the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall experience of People services.

Responsibilities:
- Defines and embeds a standardised process management and continuous improvement framework.
- Leads the adoption of a recognised methodology for process improvement and understanding of the customer journey.
- Leads adoption of technology that supports improved process visibility, collaboration, knowledge, governance, intelligence, and automation.
- Assist in the development of project documentation in alignment with company policies.
- Analyse workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of improvement.
- Develop continuous improvement KPIs.
- Effectively utilises service data and feedback from stakeholders to support the prioritisation of improvements.
- Work with stakeholders from across QBE to evolve processes though process innovation and practice.
- Identify the groups and people responsible for continually improving processes, define and communicate their role and deliver the training required to build capability.
- Develop knowledge of external market environment and good practice.
- Ensure the benefits of robust process management are recognised across the division.
- Contribute to a positive and rewarding work environment and supports team members through change.
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Moderate relevant experience.
- Solid experience in Business process improvement frameworks and processes
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Six Sigma green belt qualification.
