  • Manage and oversee talent-facing social media channels, ensuring content aligns with the company’s voice and values.
  • Create and schedule high-quality, engaging blog posts, videos, and multimedia content that showcases company culture.
  • Used analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Track engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, CTRs) and optimize strategies to improve audience interaction and reach.
  • Partner with Employer Brand, Talent Marketing, and Talent Acquisition teams to align social media content with overall recruitment and branding strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance content and engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on content performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social/Digital Media, or any related course.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing, preferably with exposure to employer branding or talent marketing.
    • Experience working in a multicultural environment; experience in a shared services environment is an advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/locations and business areas
    • Proven track record of creating and managing social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
    • Experience with video production and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
    • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and best practices for optimizing social media performance.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for fostering community engagement.

    • Able to work hybrid ( BGC, Taguig )
    • Able to work CET / Mid-shift
