Role Overview
The Content and Social Media Writer (Employer Branding) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of written content across various channels, including digital platforms, social media sites, marketing materials, and brand activations. This position involves writing, editing, and proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and style, as well as monitoring and responding to social media comments, inquiries, or claims (false or otherwise).
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement editorial strategies, guidelines, and standards to maintain the quality and consistency of written content.
Actively lead the writing process, implementing editing, proofreading, fact-checking, and content optimization for SEO.
Collaborate with video producers, graphic designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align content with brand objectives, messaging, and tone of voice.
Establish and enforce workflows, processes, and best practices to streamline content production and ensure efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop content briefs, editorial calendars, and content distribution strategies.
Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Monitor the company’s social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging presence.
Provide timely and thoughtful responses to comments, messages, and inquiries in alignment with the company’s standards.
Analyze audience feedback and engagement to refine social media strategies.
Key Stakeholders
Recruitment Team, Marketing Department, Potential Candidates, and various Support Staff from Internal Departments across all multiple geographies.
Skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style conventions
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong ability to craft engaging, audience-targeted content.

Relevant Experience Required
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in content editing, copyediting, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience
